For us, socio-economic change starts from our organisation itself and hence the Group has adopted a range of unique policies. Contributions from the organisation to an employee when a girl child is born, financial assistance for their daughter's wedding, blood donation drives, tetanus vaccination camps, health and dental camps, to name a few of our initiatives.

Culture

At D.B. Corp Ltd., our work culture creates a positive environment reflecting our core values and focuses on employee satisfaction. Our internal team regularly organises special events and festivities, that help our employees grow individually as well as within a team.

Special events are planned on occasions of Women's Day, Christmas, Diwali and Traditional days. Our indoor and outdoor sporting events like Foosball, Table Tennis, Football and Carrom tournaments received great participation.

The ground-breaking 'Ek Ped Ek Zindagi' initiative encouraged citizens across India to plant at least one tree in their lifetime.
